ParticleTech Sugar Analyzer is a specially designed package for analyzing sugar crystal samples in sugar refineries. It allows measuring liquid sugar samples’ crystal size distributions (including mean aperture and coefficient of variation). This includes analysis of seed slurry, seed crystals, and massecuite A, B, and C.

Results are obtained within minutes of sampling and include ICUMSA® equivalent based sizes validated against traditional sieve analysis results. It furthermore gives information on crystal shape and morphology, including a reliable detection of the formation of fines/false grains and undesired conglomerates.
