ParticleTech’s innovative solution for real-time process optimization combines the ParticleTech Sample Unit with advanced 3D scanning technology inside the ParticleTech Analyzer. The system is installed directly at the tank, reactor, or vacuum pan.
The operator inserts a sample cup into the ParticleTech Sample Unit, presses ‘start’, and can step away until the next sample is needed.
Once the measurement begins, the software automatically controls stirring, pump activity, flow rate, and flow cell cleaning. Scanning completes in 10–15 seconds; image analysis takes 1–2 minutes.
With real-time data from the ParticleTech Analyzer, control systems can make fast, automated decisions that keep production optimized at all times
