With the flocculation analyzer algorithm plugin for ParticleTech Analyzer, it is possible to monitor flocculation processes efficiently and quantify their efficiency. The algorithm can be applied to samples taken before, under, and after flocculation and provides a direct quantification of the degree of flocculation, including the quantity of non-flocculated particles.
This enables dynamic flocculant dosage adjustments and adjustments to process variables such as pH.
