Case study

ParticleTech was addressed by a R&D laboratory who wanted to automatically measure how their cells were progressing in a batch fermentation process of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The laboratory informed that the duration of the process was ten hours.

The ParticleTech repetition feature allowed the laboratory to automatically monitor their fermentation process every half hour through the whole process. When the concentration of the cell culture became too high for measurements the ParticleTech Dilution application was used to dilute the culture to continuing a proper image analysis. Read more about the ParticleTech Dilution application
